Victoria

Well, it has been a day and a bit since we arrived in Victoria.  Thanks to Grant & Gill for their generous gift of an apartment right near the ocean and Beacon Hill Park.  What a gem of a place.  Yesterday we spent the day doing a bit of shopping, a bit of eating, and just exploring a bit.  We were down by the wharf and plan on heading to Oak Bay this morning.  While Mich slept in, Andrew and I hit 4 coffee shops this morning, so IF I AM TYPING A BIT FAST AND LOUD, you will know why; I have been sufficiently stimulated.  We hit Caffe Fantastico (both locations) one on Cook Street right by the apartment and on on Quadra and Kings.  Then we hit Discovery and 2% Jazz and had some more coffee.  Oh and we also did breakfast at Rosie's Diner in the middle of all of that.  Tomorrow we will make our way to Gabriola Island, although I am also toying with the idea of hitting Vancouver to hit the Coffee Fest, we will have to see.  I will post some pics later today.
