Well, the Capital Health inspector, Richard, came by yesterday and gave us a thumbs up, so we can open the doors for business on Monday. I am sure it will be a shaky start, but that is OK, as I am not ready for a crazy line up yet. Still lots to do to finish up, but we are definitely good to go. Drop by for a chat and a coffee.
