Well it has almost been two weeks since we opened up the doors for business. It has been a slowish start, which we knew would happen. Nonetheless, the review on the coffee has been great and day by day new folk are dropping in to sample our wares. We are still needing a bit more work done on the place, and the coffee is far from perfect. Roasting is slow as I can't do it and manage the front at the same time. Andrew dropped in for the weekend and it was great having him here as it gave us chance to dream, and plan for the fall. It will be great to have him here come September as he is such an avid coffee fan and all-around great guy. I actually have some pics of the place which I am including in this post. Better yet, if you haven't been by, drop over and I will make you a coffee.
