Tomorrow is the day that it begins in earnest. The roaster is installed, and with a little wiring, the gas should flow and the coffee should begin to roast. The day will be spent seasoning the roaster and getting it ready for some serious roasting. So as I have said before, come on by, and have a cup of Java on me as we start to fine tune some roasts to get our profiles down. If you are so inclined to bring along a paint brush, that is accepted as well. Go Oilers Go! Can they actually do it? Well we will know by the end of the day, but if they play like they did last night, the Hurricanes will be swept away. Happy Fathers day, and Happy Birthday to my little sister Lisa.

Okay, enough talk. We live in a digital age where it takes minues (or seconds) to take a picture and post the results. So many of us have heard about the dream and have even, like myself, seen it as a work in progress. Let's see what it is looking like! And most of all, where are the coupons for free opening day coffees for Brothers and Sisters-in-Christ (though I'm still on unleaded. I have no doubt you roast a mean decaf. Sorry Bro.) In the words of Mr. Campolo, the Kingdom of God truly is a party, and that is what it will be on opening day for this dream that is coming alive!
