My grandmother finally passed away, she had been on death's door for too many months now. Death should have came more quickly for her as she suffered greatly. She was a strong woman, and I, having been asked to give her eulogy on Wednesday, have been struck by what a great woman she truly was. Its funny how in life we have so little time to spend with each other, and then when they are gone, we think, we should have spent more time. Thankfully, we will have eternity to make up for our harried lives here amongst the living. But nonetheless, it is always at these times when we are reminded of what is most important, what is central to our lives, or at least what should be central to our lives. On that note, drop by and I will make you a coffee and we will chat, as this is one of the central things that should occupy our lives.
PS. Happy birthday Norman. Great hamburgers and great fellowship.
