Brief Update

Well, as usual it is late and I am still up, the twist is that it is 11:40 pm and I am still at the shop.  I have been roasting some coffee and getting some little things done, as we have our final electrical inspection tomorrow.  We now have our full array of coffee, as that arrived on Monday.  Tonight I was roasting some organic fair trade Colombian.  The front of the shop is pretty much wrapped up with the exception of the counter tops and the floor.  Things are finally starting to take shape.  We hope to have the chimney installed by week's end and then we can start roasting next week.  I think I need a vacation though, I am sore and tired, so I will sign off and head home to get some sleep.  Hope all is well with those out in blog land.
